Hello! My name is Nicole Rousseau, but I also go by the nickname “Nikki.” On many social media platforms, you might notice the names “ArKanGirl” or “Ruby Blazeheart.” These were names I used when I first joined the social media world when I was in high school, as a way to hide my real identity. Over time, these names would morph into characters that I am still working on to this day. As for the website, I first started this as a blog site back when I was attending college at the University of Central Arkansas in 2013. Back then, this was a place where I could share my love and knowledge of all things film-related since I was a film student. After I graduated from college in 2015, I decided to expand this site to include some of my other passions like writing fiction. However, I still like to keep my film roots and share some of those endeavors from time to time. I recently graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor of arts degree in Communications, which helped to open my mind to the marketing world. Who knows, I might have a section dedicated to these experiences in the near future. But for now, I will take the necessary baby steps to update this site and go through life as I continue my growth. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy everything that I have to offer during the transitional stage. Life is all about evolving, and it all begins with just one step.
